Data sync (form)

The «New sync job» and «Edit sync job» screen configures a connector that moves data between goPrevina and another company system, in the direction and at the frequency you choose, mapped field by field.

1. Connector settings

Enter a descriptive «Name». Under «Integration» choose the external system (only integrations with a configured data connector appear). Under «Direction» choose «Pull (import)» to bring data into goPrevina, «Push (export)» to send it, or «Pull + Push» for both. In «Schedule (cron)» enter the UTC cron expression for automatic execution (for example, 0 6 * * * for every day at 6:00); leave empty for manual-only execution. Enable «Schedule enabled» for the schedule to run.

2. Field mappings

Under «Field mappings» press «Add mapping» for each piece of data to sync: enter the «Source field» (field name in the external system) and the «PRL field», and optionally apply a «Transform» (trim spaces, upper-case, lower-case, ISO date, default value). Mark one mapping as the «Key»: it is the field used to recognise whether a record already exists and update it instead of duplicating it. At least one mapping marked as a key is required to save.

3. Save and run

Press «Save» to store the configuration. Once saved, «Run now» launches the sync immediately without waiting for the schedule. The result appears at once under «Run history».

4. Run history

The «Run history» table shows each execution with its «Started» date, the «Status» (running, succeeded, partial or failed) and the «Read», «Written» and «Failed» counters. If there are errors they appear in the «Errors» column. Review the history before running again to understand which records failed.
