Nora's knowledge
Here the company administrator decides what Nora learns: review the corrections the team sends, keep the company glossary and the rules Nora applies in every conversation. Everything here belongs to this company only.
1. Corrections
When someone presses “Not helpful” under a Nora answer and writes the right answer, the correction arrives in the «Corrections» tab with the question that caused it. “Approve” turns it into a company rule; “Edit” lets you change the text before approving it with “Approve with this text”; “Discard” removes it. A correction nobody reviews expires after 30 days. Corrections written by an administrator apply without coming here.
2. Glossary
In «Glossary», “Add term” saves a name used in the company (“Term”, for example WH2), its “Type” (site or place, acronym, person or role, other) and “What it means”. When a question names the term, Nora reads its meaning before answering. The pencil edits a term and the bin deletes it after you confirm.
3. Rules
«Rules» holds the instructions Nora applies in every conversation of the company: those from an approved correction (marked “From a correction”) and those you write with “Add rule”. Untick “Nora applies it” to switch a rule off without deleting it. Nora does not follow a rule that contradicts the regulations or the current data.
4. Personal data and scope
Do not write personal data in corrections, terms or rules: the text is used with everyone in the company, and text with an email, a phone number or an ID number is not saved. Nothing on this screen is shared with other companies. The answers each person marks as “Helpful” do not appear here: they only serve that person as examples.
5. Messages refused by mistake
If Nora answers that a message is off topic and the person rephrases it in the same conversation and gets an answer, or clicks “Not helpful” on that refusal, the refused message reaches «Corrections» marked “Message refused by mistake”, with what they wrote next. If you approve it, Nora will answer it when someone in the company writes it like this again. E-mails and phone numbers in the message are stored hidden. It never makes Nora accept an attempt to change or reveal its instructions: such texts cannot be approved.
6. Failed actions and the «Learned» tab
If an action you confirm fails because of a value (for example, a role that does not exist when inviting someone), Nora stores the action, the field and the application's message. The next time it proposes that action it knows how to fill the field, and when it then works it stores the value that did. The «Learned» tab lists all of this with its source (“Refused by mistake”, “«Not helpful» on a refusal”, “Failed action”, “Action that worked”), the date and how many times it happened. The bin removes it after you confirm and Nora stops using it. None of this reaches other companies.
