AI usage

Here you see what the artificial intelligence used by companies, accounts and safety consultancies costs, and how much of it is the demo. Amounts are in euros and only the platform administrator sees them.

1. Choose the period and the exchange rate

The buttons “3 months”, “6 months” and “12 months” change the period of the whole screen. Provider costs are in dollars and the screen converts them to euros with the rate shown next to the buttons; the link “Change it in AI Configuration” opens the screen where it is changed.

2. The cards

“Cost in the period” adds up what the AI calls cost in the period and “Previous period” what they cost in the equivalent period before. “Calls” and “Tokens” count the usage. “Calls without a price” are calls of a model that has no price in the table yet: they add nothing to the cost, so the real cost may be higher.

3. The chart

The chart “AI cost per month, clients and demo” stacks, for each month, the cost of the clients and the cost of the demo. The history is kept even though the demo resets every night.

4. The tabs and tables

The tabs “Company”, “Account” and “Safety consultancy” group the cost in a different way. Each row shows cost, calls and tokens; the name opens the screen where that company, account or safety consultancy is managed. “Revenue” and “Margin” appear only for accounts and safety consultancies, because billing is per account or per consultancy and not per company. The demo's usage and the platform's own usage each get one row. “Export CSV” downloads the table you see. Below, “Cost by type” and “Cost by model” split the same cost.
