Regulatory subscriptions
Here you choose which categories of regulatory news come automatically into your company's “Regulatory updates”. It keeps out what does not affect your activity.
1. What is on the screen
A list of «Categories» with tick boxes: «General», «Occupational health», «Safety», «Environmental», «Chemical agents», «Ergonomics», «Psychosocial», «Construction», «Machinery», «Fire safety» and «Data protection», and the «Save» button.
While none is ticked, a notice reminds you that your organisation receives updates from all categories.
2. Choose your categories
1. Tick only the categories that affect your activity; for example, a metalworking shop would tick «Safety», «Machinery», «Chemical agents» and «Occupational health».
2. Press «Save».
From then on only news from those categories comes in. If you later untick them all, you receive everything again.
3. What changes and what does not
The subscription filters what arrives through automatic ingestion (the BOE, if it is active in your installation). It does not delete the updates you already have, nor does it stop you recording one by hand with “New” in “Regulatory updates”, whatever its category.
4. Review what has come in
News arriving through your subscriptions appears in “Regulatory updates” with status “New”. Open it there, mark what does not affect you as “Not applicable” and build the action plan for what does. If you keep receiving many from a category you always dismiss, come back here and untick it.
