Platform user detail
The platform user detail gives a cross-company view of any system user: which companies they belong to and with what role, their active sessions and the available security actions. Only platform administrators can see this.
1. Identity and status
The header shows the user's name and email. The buttons «Suspend» or «Reactivate» change the user's global access across the entire platform. The identity section shows «Status» (Active or Suspended), «Platform Roles» (Platform, Partner, Tenant Admin), «Last Login» and «Member Since».
2. Company memberships
«Tenant Memberships» lists all the organisations the user belongs to, with the «Tenant», «Role», «Status» (active or inactive within that company) and the «Joined» date. If they belong to none it says «This user does not belong to any company.»
3. Security actions
Under «Security» there are two on-demand actions: «Require 2FA» forces the user to set up two-factor authentication at their next login, and «Force Password Reset» invalidates the current password and asks them to set a new one when they next sign in. Both take effect immediately and show «Action applied.» when done.
4. Active sessions and recent activity
«Active Sessions» shows each open session with the «Device», «IP», «Last Used» and when it «Expires». «Terminate All» ends all sessions at once, forcing the user to sign in again. «Recent Activity» records the user's latest actions on the platform.
