Alert template (form)

The «New Alert Template» and «Edit Alert Template» screen creates or edits a template that goPrevina uses to generate automatic notifications. Each template defines the text, event type, delivery channels and priority.

1. Basic information

Fill in the «Name» (required) and, optionally, a «Description». Choose the «Notification Type» (the event that triggers the alert: SDS expiry, low stock, certifications, incidents, training or document review), the «Priority» (Low, Normal, High or Urgent) and the «Language» of the template.

2. Template content

In «Title Template» and «Message Template» write the notification text. Use {variableName} to insert context data, for example {documentName} or {expiryDate}; the system replaces those placeholders with real values when sending. Optionally add an «Action URL Template» and «Action Button Text» to include a direct link.

3. Delivery channels

Under «Delivery Channels» select the media through which the alert will be sent. Selecting Email shows «Email Subject» and «Email Body»; selecting SMS shows «SMS Text» (maximum 160 characters). Make sure channels such as WhatsApp or Telegram are configured under Integrations for them to reach the recipient.

4. Save the template

Press «Create» to save a new template or «Save» to update an existing one. System templates appear marked as «System» and cannot be edited. Custom templates can be deleted from the list under «Alert Templates».
