AI documents

Here you ask Nora for a prevention document (a procedure, a safety instruction, a plan…). Nora drafts it from your brief, the company data and the risks of the scope you choose; you review and accept it, and the PDF is filed in Document management.

1. What is on the screen

The «Generate document» button, a notice that explains how new documents are generated, two drop-downs to filter the list —«All statuses» and «All types»— and the list of the AI documents created before, which can still be opened, read and downloaded. For a new company the list says «No AI documents yet.».

2. Ask for a document

1. Press «Generate document»: “Generate document” opens with the “Documento redactado por Nora” template (“Document written by Nora” for Irish and UK companies).

2. Change the “Document title” and write in “Encargo” (“Brief”) what it must cover: scope, tasks, hazards and who it is for. The brief is printed in the document as written.

3. Choose the “Scope”: the whole company, a site, a department or a job position. The risks section lists those risks with their code (for example R-012) and Nora writes from them.

4. In the “Documento” (“Document”) section, press “Draft with Nora”.

3. Review and accept Nora's text

The text is marked “Written by Nora · not reviewed”. Correct it in the same box and press “Accept”; “Draft again” asks for another one. Nora does not invent records or cite legislation: if it cannot write, the section stays empty and says why, and you can write it yourself. Until you accept the text, “Generate PDF” stays off; when you press it, the document is filed in Document management and “Open the document” takes you there.

4. The generated document and the earlier ones

The PDF carries your company's logo and details, the index, the brief, the risks and the accepted text with who accepted it and when. On its page in Document management you download it as PDF or with “Download as Word”, and it has versions, review, approval and signature like any document. The AI documents in the list were created before: open them to read them, finish reviewing a draft (“Edit”, “Accept”, “Reject”) or download them as PDF, “Word” or “MD”.
