The site, coordinated and on the plan

On a site the client, contractors and subcontractors work side by side, and safety is decided in the coordination. goPrevina runs the CAE of RD 171/2004 and the site-specific part of RD 1627/1997, with each contractor's documentation, work permits and risks placed on the plan.

Coordination of activities

No documentation up to date, no access

Where most paper is lost on a site. The contractor uploads its own documentation from its portal and the system validates it against the rules you define; access control does the rest. It is the coordination of business activities of RD 171/2004, put into practice.

  • Site coordination panel
  • Contractors, their workers and their equipment
  • Documentation with validation states
  • Configurable validation rules
  • Exchange of risk information
  • Coordination meetings
  • Access control
  • Register of Accredited Companies (REA)

RD 171/2004: coordination of business activities. The documentation is the evidence it was done.

The site on the plan

Each site with its structure and its plan

  • Risks placed on the plan
