Assistant settings

Here you tell Nora who you are and how you want it to talk to you. It does not change what the assistant can do, but the context it answers with, its tone and how far it acts without asking you.

1. «Professional profile»

Fill in your «Specialty» («Generalist», «Hygiene», «Safety», «Ergonomics», «Psychosocial» or «Occupational Medicine»), your «Years of experience», the «Sectors you work in», your «Preferred methods», the «Regulations you cite often» and your «Trainings and certifications».

Nora uses this to adjust its answers: if you say you are an industrial hygienist working in metalworking, its assessment proposals will start from the methods you listed.

2. «Assistant style»

Each row has two or three options with an explanation below: «Tone» («Casual» or «Formal»), «Proactivity» («Proactive»: suggests actions even when you do not ask; «Reactive»: only answers), «Response length» («Concise» or «Detailed») and «Technical level» («Technical», which cites royal decrees and UNE standards, or «Accessible», with no jargon).

3. «Autonomy»: how much Nora does without asking

«Manual»: every action Nora proposes (create a measure, schedule an inspection) waits for your confirmation. «Semi-auto»: it carries out on its own what is reversible and not sensitive, and asks you about the rest. «Auto»: it carries out everything your permissions allow.

Nora never does anything your user cannot do: if you are read-only, it creates no records even if you choose «Auto».

4. Languages and saving

«Conversation language» is the language Nora speaks to you in. «Language for reports & records» is the language of what it writes in your records and documents; by default «Same as conversation». As the screen says, official reports usually need Spanish even if you converse in another language.

Press «Save changes» when you finish: the settings only apply to your user.
