Consultancy technicians and the client panel
A safety consultancy looks after many client companies. Its administrator adds the technicians and assigns them companies; each technician sees theirs in «My clients», with a traffic light that tells which one needs attention.
1. Invite a technician
In the consultancy console, open «Technicians» and click “Invite technician”. Enter the email, first name and last name and click “Send invitation”. The technician receives an email with the activation link; if no email goes out, the screen shows the link for you to hand over. Until they activate their account they carry the “Pending activation” badge. The first time they sign in, the app asks them to set up two-step verification.
2. Assign companies
Click “Assign companies” on the technician's row, tick the companies they look after and click “Save”. A company can have several technicians. Once assigned, the technician enters it as company administrator; unticking it removes that access. The amber notice at the top lists the companies with no technician. The consultancy administrator is in the list too and can assign companies to themselves.
3. Remove a technician
“Remove from the consultancy” takes the technician out of every company and closes their account: they can no longer sign in. The screen asks for confirmation first.
4. The «My clients» panel
The technician lands directly on «My clients». Each company is a card with a traffic light: red if something is overdue or a legal duty is pending, amber if something is due within the next 30 days, and green if nothing is pending. Red cards come first. Clicking a card opens it with up to three reasons, for example “2 actions overdue” or “No current risk assessment”, and the “Open company” button, which enters the company and opens its dashboard. From any company, «My clients» is in the menu.
5. What turns the light red
Red: overdue preventive measures or actions, no approved and current risk assessment or an expired one, a serious or lost-time incident not investigated, an authority notification past its deadline, an expired health surveillance certificate of an active employee, an overdue mandatory training, or a scheduled inspection that was not done. Amber: any of those due within the next 30 days. Each company's status is recalculated every five minutes.
6. What the consultancy administrator sees
In the consultancy console, «My clients» shows every company of the consultancy. The “Technician” selector shows one technician's companies; cards with nobody assigned carry the “No technician” badge. The administrator can open only the companies assigned to them; on the others, the card says to assign it under «Technicians».
