My work

“My work” gathers what is overdue or falls due in the next 30 days at all your client companies, one record per row. From here you go into the company straight to the record to resolve.

1. The four cards

Four cards at the top filter the list when you select them: “Overdue” (deadline passed), “Due soon” (due in the next 30 days), “To verify” (changes to approve and actions or non-conformities whose effectiveness must be verified) and “Incomplete data” (data to complete, such as a centre without departments, an expired API key or an overdue invoice). Each figure is the number of rows left when you select the card. Only “Overdue” and “Due soon” count as pending work and move the traffic light of “My clients”; the other two are notices. Select a card again to remove the filter.

2. Search and filter

The search field finds by company, record or person. The type buttons, with their number, filter by kind of record; select one again to remove it. “More filters” opens the client, the specialty, the person responsible and the due window of 7, 14 or 30 days (overdue rows always show); an administrator also gets the technician and the office. “Clear” removes every filter.

3. The list

Each row is a record with its name, the person responsible, the “Client”, the “Type”, the “Status” and the “Date”, in red when overdue. Under “Incomplete data” a row sums up one kind of data of a company, for example “3 centres without departments”, and has no date. The list pages 20 rows at a time; on a phone each row is a card. Medical exams show only the worker’s name and the date, never clinical data.

4. Open a record

Select the record name: the application goes into the client company and opens that record. The “⋯” menu of the row also works, with “Open in” followed by the company. If the company is not yours, the row tells you to assign it to yourself or ask an administrator, and the name is not a link.

5. Export

“More”, at the top right, offers “Export CSV”: it downloads every row that matches the current filters, not just the page you see, with client, type, record, date, status and person responsible.
