My notifications

Here are all the notifications goPrevina has sent you inside the app: deadlines, assignments, approvals and alerts. It is the same list the bell in the top bar opens, with filters and actions to clear it.

1. What is on the screen

Three figures: «Total», «Unread» and «Read». Below, «Filters» and three tabs to see all, only unread or only read notifications, each with its number. If you have none it says «No notifications».

2. Read and clear your notifications

Press a notification to open the record it refers to (the incident, the measure, the document) and it is marked as read. When you have unread notifications “Mark all as read” appears; “Delete All Read” clears in one go the ones you have already seen, after asking for confirmation.

3. Filter

«Filters» opens the “Advanced Filters”, including “Priority” (low, normal, high, urgent). Use them to see urgent ones first when the list is long.

4. Choose what reaches you and how

This screen only shows in-app notifications. To also receive them by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, or to stop receiving a type, go to “Notification preferences”.
