Consultancy deliverables
Here you follow what you have sent to your clients to accept or sign, and you generate the annual programme and report of the portfolio. The screen has two tabs: “Sent” and “Annual programme and report”.
1. States of the deliverables
“Overdue”, “Unread”, “Pending” and “Accepted” count the deliverables with the same rule the company sees in its list. Unread: some recipient has not opened it yet. Pending: some recipient has not accepted or signed it. Overdue: pending past its due date. Accepted: everyone has accepted or signed. A deliverable can count in several cards; for example, an overdue one is also pending. Press a card to filter and press it again to clear the filter.
2. Search and open
Search by title or company; the list shows 20 at a time. Each title opens the deliverable read only, with who has to accept or sign it and its history. To remind the company or create a sign link, enter the company and open its “Deliverables”. The information sent to workers does not appear here.
3. Generate the programme or the report
In “Annual programme and report” you choose the “Year” and the “Document” and press “Generate for the whole portfolio”. Before generating, a notice says for how many companies and whether they will be sent to sign; they are only sent if you tick “Send to each company to sign”. If one had already been sent, the notice says so: it will receive a new version to sign again.
4. Each company and the service report
The “⋯” menu of each company has “Generate” or “Generate again” (it asks first if the document was already sent), the PDF and Word download, “Notes” printed in the document and “Send to sign”. Further down, “Annual report of the prevention service” downloads as PDF or Word; only the director of the consultancy sees it.
