1. What is on the screen

Under «PRL Legal Documents» there is the «Inspection Pack» button and a notice: the documents use the current system data. Then come six cards: «Prevention Plan», «Risk Assessment», «Preventive Planning», «Training Record», «Health Surveillance» and «CAE Coordination». Each says which document it is and which article requires it, and has the «Template» drop-down, the «Manage» link and the «Generate» download button.

2. Generate a document

1. On the card, choose in «Template» which template to use: the system one or a copy your company made.

2. Press «Generate». The document is built from the company, sites, risks, measures, training or contractors now in goPrevina, and downloads as a PDF.

3. The card gets a check mark and says “Filed under Documents › Legal.” with an “Open” link. If you had generated it before, it says “A new version was filed under Documents › Legal.”.

If the template has sections Nora writes, the review of those sections opens before the PDF: accept or correct them and it is generated.

3. The inspection pack

«Inspection Pack» puts the six documents into one, with an index, for the Labour Inspectorate. It downloads and is filed under Documents › Legal like the others, with its “Open” link.

4. Use your own template

«Manage» opens Templates, where you can copy the system template and adapt its sections. The copy then appears in the «Template» drop-down of its card.

5. If company details are missing

The documents carry your company details. If the name is missing, the buttons stay disabled and the screen says “Complete your company profile before generating documents”. If other details are missing, such as the tax id, the address or the prevention modality, “Company details are missing from the documents” appears with the fields that would come out blank and the link “Fill them in under Company settings”.
