Consultancy settings
Settings has five tabs: “Consultancy details”, “Accreditation”, “Contacts”, “Single sign-on” and “Offices”. The open tab is kept in the page address, so you can save or share it.
1. Consultancy details
It holds the consultancy name, the own domain (only if your clients sign in through one of yours), the contact email and phone and the tax ID. Below you see the plan, the maximum number of companies and the active users; they are not changed here. “Save” applies the changes and, if you leave with unsaved changes, the app asks first.
2. Accreditation
Record the labour authority that accredited the consultancy, the number, the dates, the territorial scope and the specialties. “Choose file” attaches the decision as a PDF or image. If the accreditation expires soon or has expired, a notice at the top of the tab says so.
3. Contacts
These are the people the platform writes to about your consultancy. “Make primary” chooses who receives the commercial notices and “Delete” asks for confirmation before removing a contact.
4. Single sign-on
Set up your team’s identity provider (OpenID Connect or SAML) so they sign in without another password. Deleting a provider asks for confirmation.
5. Offices
“New office” opens a side form. Each office groups staff and client companies, and whoever coordinates it sees and assigns only its own. Give each person and each company its office with the selector on its row; the search boxes filter the lists. If you create none, everything works as before. The logo and colours are in Brand.
