Consultancy console summary

The summary opens the consultancy console with what needs doing today: four cards, the “What to do” list and, on the side, a few figures. Each person in the consultancy sees it according to their role.

1. The four cards

At the top are four cards: “Clients in red”, “Overdue”, “Due within 30 days” and “Clients without a technician”. Click one to filter the “What to do” list by it and click it again to clear the filter. “Clients in red” counts clients and the list shows the tasks of those clients. Anyone who is not the director sees four cards for their own work (technician, occupational medicine, administration or sales).

2. What to do

The list puts overdue items first and then what falls due in the next 30 days. “Open” enters the client company at that record. Clients without a technician appear as a row with “Assign technician”. If there are more than eight tasks, “Show all N tasks” expands the rest and “See all in My work” opens the full list.

3. Figures

On the right, and below on a phone, are the “Figures”: “Active tenants” (“N of M” against the plan quota), “This month's usage (estimate)”, “Staff” and “Unread notices”. Figures from other modules (deliverables, visits, client invoices) only appear when they have data. “Staff” and “Unread notices” open a list in a side panel that closes with Esc.

4. Company quota

When the quota fills up or is exceeded, a notice above the cards says so and offers to request more quota. With the quota full, no new companies can be created.

5. First steps

While steps are missing, “First steps for your consultancy” appears below: invite technicians, create the first company and set the brand. Hiding it applies to your user in any browser.
