Launch an inspection from a template, start it, complete or cancel it; and build the template itself, sections and checkpoints included.
Training
Create courses and sessions, call the participants, start them, close them or cancel them.
Health surveillance
The medical appointment end to end — schedule, confirm, reschedule, record a no-show — plus protocols, records and fitness certificates.
PPE and equipment
Add and retire equipment, and its inspections: complete, reschedule or cancel them.
People, sites and contractors
Invite someone and resend the invitation, activate or deactivate them, departments, workplaces, map locations, contractors and construction projects.
Alerts and documents
Schedule recurring alerts, write to a person, create a document, record noise measurements or sustainability goals.
Every one of the ninety declares the permission it requires. What you cannot do by hand is never offered to it.
It never acts on its own.
This is not a policy written on a marketing page. It is how the system is built, and it is stated in the interface every tool implements.
- Write tools do not write. They turn what you asked for into a proposal, and stop there.
- Who you are comes from the server, out of your session. The model cannot claim to be someone else.
- Every tool declares the permission it requires, and they are filtered before the model sees them: what you cannot do is not even offered.
- Nothing runs until you confirm it, with the proposal in front of you and in your own terms.
- On confirmation, authorisation is checked again. Being offered a tool is not enough to run it.
Much of its work happens outside the chat.
You do not have to open a conversation for Nora to be working on your data.
