Companies

“Companies” lists all your client companies, each with its traffic light. From here you see which one to look at first, enter it, edit it or deactivate it, and add new ones.

1. The four cards

Four cards at the top filter the list when you press them: “Red” (something overdue or a legal duty pending), “Amber” (something falls due within 30 days), “Onboarding in progress” (onboarding is not finished; anything overdue is still shown) and “No technician” (no technician looks after the company; only management and coordination see it). Each figure is the number of rows left when you press the card; press it again to remove the filter. Deactivated companies do not count in the cards: they appear under the “Deactivated” button, which shows up when there are any.

2. Search and filter

The search box finds by company or by technician. “More filters” opens “Reason”, “Specialty”, “Size”, “Sector code” and “Sort by”; an administrator also gets “Technician” and “Office”. “Clear” removes every filter.

3. The list

Each row shows “Company” with its main reason underneath, “Technician”, “Last activity”, “Workers”, “Users”, “Plan” and “Status”. A company without a paid plan shows “Internal plan”: it has every module and you manage it. The list pages 20 rows at a time and on a phone each row is a card.

4. Enter, edit and deactivate

For an administrator, the name opens the company's page, where it is edited. The “⋯” menu of each row offers “Enter” (work inside the company), “Open the main reason”, “Edit” and “Deactivate”. Deactivating asks for confirmation: the company stops counting towards your quota and nobody can enter it, but its data is kept; find it under “Deactivated” and “Reactivate” brings it back. A technician enters their companies by pressing the name.

5. Create, import and export

“Create new company” adds a company; if your plan is at its company limit the button is disabled and the quota is explained. It opens a three-step wizard (guide “Create a company”); when the button is disabled, its description says why. The “More” menu offers “Import clients”, which loads the whole portfolio from a spreadsheet and checks it before importing, and “Export CSV” and “Export PDF”, which download every row that matches the filters, not just the page; the administrator also gets the workload by technician.
