Demo usage

Here you see how the public demo is used: how many visits there are, where they come from and which screens they look at. The history is kept even though the demo is reset every night. Only the platform administrator sees it.

1. Choose the period

The buttons “7 days”, “30 days” and “90 days” change the period of the whole screen. “Demo leads” opens the list of people who left their details in the demo.

2. The cards

The cards “Visits today”, “Visits, 7 days” and “Visits, 30 days” count entries into the demo. “Unique visitors” counts different people per day: the same person on two days counts twice. “From the website” is the percentage of visits that came from the public website; the rest entered the application directly. “Average duration”, “Questions to Nora” and “Leads” complete the summary.

3. The chart

The chart “Visits per day, from the website and direct” stacks, for each day, the visits that came from the public website and the direct ones. If there are no visits in the period, the screen says so.

4. The tables

Nine tables split the visits by “Source page” (the website page the visitor came from), “Referrer”, “UTM source”, “UTM medium”, “UTM campaign”, “Demo account”, “Language”, “Device” and “Most viewed screens”. A visit without data appears as “Unknown”. To know how much of the traffic comes from the public website, look at “From the website” and the “Source page” table.
