Generate documents
New documents are created here from three tabs: “Templates”, “Legal documents” and “With AI”. Everything generated is saved in the “Document repository”.
1. Which tab to use
Use “Templates” to pick a template and fill it in. Use “Legal documents” to generate the OHS legal documents for your jurisdiction in one click, with the data already in goPrevina. Use “With AI” when you want Nora to write a procedure, a safety instruction or a plan from your brief.
2. The Templates tab
At the top are four counters —“Total Templates”, “Active”, “System” and “Custom”— and the filters “All Categories” and “All Types”. System templates come with goPrevina and cannot be edited: copy one with “Clone to edit” and adapt the copy, which then counts as custom. “Create Template” creates one from scratch; “Grid view” and “List view” change the view.
3. Generating a document from a template
Press a template to open it: you see the index of its sections and the data it uses. “Preview” shows how it will look and “Use Template” opens the wizard: you choose the scope, fill in what it asks for and press “Generate PDF”. The document is saved in the repository. A template that is not published cannot be used, and if it has a Nora section you must accept its text before generating.
4. Legal documents
There is one card per legal document. On each one you choose the “Template” and press “Generate PDF”: the PDF is downloaded and the card says “Filed under Documents › Legal.” “Inspection Pack” puts the six documents into one for the Labour Inspectorate. If company details are missing (tax ID, address, preventive arrangement), a notice says so and links to “Fill them in under Company settings”.
5. With AI
Press “Generate document”, write the brief, choose the scope and press “Draft with Nora”. The text is marked “Written by Nora · not reviewed”: correct it and press “Accept”, and then “Generate PDF” becomes active. The list below keeps the earlier AI documents, with status and type filters.
