Dashboard
The dashboard is the screen you land on. At the top is the company's pending work sorted by urgency, with a button to do each item; below it are the counters, Nora's analysis and shortcuts to the modules.
1. The header and Nora
Next to the greeting you see the time of the «Last update» and, on the right, a chip with inspections done out of the total (for example “3 / 4 inspections done”): green from 90 %, yellow between 70 and 89 % and red below that. «Refresh» reloads all the data.
The «Nora» bar opens with its arrow and shows the assistant's chat inside the dashboard: ask about your company's data without leaving the page.
2. «Priorities»: what each card is
The list is split into three groups, each with its counter: «Urgent actions» (deadline already passed), «Upcoming Expirations» (due today or in the next few days) and «Other actions» (the rest, sorted by date).
Each card shows the type (OBLIGATION, DEADLINE or ALERT), the source module, the deadline on the right —in red, “12 days ago”, once it has passed—, the regulation that requires it when there is one and, in yellow, the «Next step».
3. Resolve an action from the dashboard
1. Read the card's «Next step».
2. Press the blue button: «Mark Complete» on a preventive measure, «Create new version» on an expired assessment, «Open investigation» on an incident, «Review permit» on a work permit or «Request from contractor» on a CAE document. It takes you to the record with that action ready.
3. When you are done there, come back and press «Refresh»: the card disappears.
The small icons next to the button open the record (“View record”) or do the secondary action (assign an owner, schedule a reminder, extend a permit's validity); the speech bubble on the right opens Nora with that action already typed in.
4. Filter and sort the list
«Filter» shows priority buttons (“Critical”, “High”, “Medium”, “Low”) and the “Overdue only” option; you can combine them. The drop-down of each group sorts by «Priority», «Due Date», «Created», «Action type» or «Module», and the two icons to its right switch between cards and a compact list.
When nothing is pending, the list says “All caught up”.
5. The counters and «Proactive Nora»
Below the list, four cards open the filtered list when pressed: «Risks Requiring Attention» (critical risks), «Open Incidents» (with those still under investigation), «Pending Inspections» and «Overdue Items» (with those about to expire), which leads to Compliance.
«Proactive Nora» summarises the «Compliance Status» by area and lists what it detects without being asked (critical or overdue assessments, mandatory courses nobody holds, expired certifications); each warning has a link to resolve it, such as “Schedule training” or “View certifications”.
6. «Risk Overview», «Quick Access» and permissions
«Risk Overview» counts risks by level, from «Critical» to «Trivial». «Quick Access» opens Risk Management, Inspections, Incidents, Compliance, Reports and Training, with their pending counters; at the end, «Recent activity» shows the latest changes.
Everything belongs to the company chosen in the top bar. A read-only user sees the counters but cannot run the actions, and modules their role does not include do not appear.
