Workplaces

«Workplaces» lists your company's physical sites: plants, offices, warehouses. Every assessment, incident, inspection or document is linked to a site, so this is the first thing to set up.

1. What is on the screen

At the top right, «List» and «Map» switch the view; «Import» and «New Centre» add sites. Below are the “Search by name, code, or city...” box and one card per site with its name, code, status («Active»), type, city and capacity in people.

Each card has three buttons: «View» opens the site's page, «Edit» its form and «Delete» removes it after asking for confirmation. «Map» places the sites that have coordinates.

2. Add a site

1. Press «New Centre».

2. Under “Basic Information” enter the “Name” and the “Code” (required), and choose the “Site Type” and the “Capacity (people)”.

3. Under “Location” fill in the address and the “Country” (Spain or Ireland), which sets the regulations that apply to that site. Click on the map to set the latitude and longitude.

4. Add the contact phone and email and the “Operational Since” date, and press “Create center”.

3. A site's page

«View» opens a page with tabs: “Overview”, “Risks”, “Incidents”, “Inspections”, “Training”, “PPE” and “Documents”. The overview starts with “Requires attention” (the site's critical and normal warnings), continues with counters per module —each with its “View all”— and ends with recent activity, “Top alerts” and “Statistics by department”.

4. Load many sites at once

«Import» leads to “Import data”. Download the “Workplaces” template with “Download template”, fill it in Excel or CSV and upload it with “Import”. Import the sites first and then departments, job positions, people and equipment, because those depend on the sites.

5. The rest of the organisation

In the side menu, under My Organization, are “Departments”, “Org Chart”, “Areas” and “User Assignments”, which hang from the sites you create here. Administrators use this screen; a user without the administration module does not see it.
