Prevention provider activity
“Activity” gathers the work of the prevention provider technicians at their clients: the visit agenda, the hours spent, what is consumed against what is contracted, and each technician's workload. The open tab is kept in the page address.
1. What is on the screen
At the top, four tabs: “Agenda”, “Hours”, “Consumption per client” and “Technician workload”. “Agenda” opens with the arrows and “Today”, the groups “View” (“Day”, “Week”, “Month” and “Team”) and “Whose” (“Whole team” and “Mine only”), and the buttons “Work offline” and “Plan visit”. “Team” and “Whose” are visible to management only.
2. Plan and move visits
Press “Plan visit”, choose the company, write the title and the date, and save. In “Team”, drag a planned visit to another technician or another day, or press it and use “Move visit”. On narrow screens the week and the team show as a list of days with visits; the month stays a grid.
3. Log and review hours
In “Hours”, press “Log hours” and fill in “Company”, “Day”, “Minutes” (5 to 1440), “Activity” and “Notes”. The list filters by dates (“From” and “To”, the last month by default), technician (management only), company and text. An entry is deleted from its “⋯” menu with “Delete”, after confirming; entries that come from a visit cannot be deleted.
4. Consumption per client
In “Consumption per client” choose the “Year”. Three cards count the companies “Over contract” (100 % or more of what is contracted), “Near the limit” (over 80 %) and “No agreement” (no contracted hours or visits); press them to filter the list. Search by company or sort by company, hours consumed or urgency; the name opens the company page.
5. Technician workload
“Technician workload” shows, for the next four weeks, each technician's hours per week, available, planned and logged hours, and how many companies and workers they cover. Management types the hours per week (0 to 80) and presses “Save the hours of” that technician; an out-of-range value is flagged under the field and is not saved.
