Configure integration

The «Configure» (or «Reconfigure») screen opens the configuration form for a specific integration. Here you paste the credentials given by the external service and verify that the connection works before activating it.

1. Current status

When you open the screen, «Current Status» shows whether the integration is «Active», in «Error», «Testing...», «Not Configured» or «Disabled». If already active it also shows «Last Verified». An «Error» status usually means credentials have expired or are wrong: reconfigure it.

2. Basic configuration and credentials

Under «Basic Configuration» enter an «Integration Name» and choose the «Environment»: «Production», «Sandbox» or «Development». Then under «Credentials» paste the data the external service provides (API keys, secrets, tokens, webhook URLs, etc.); each field has a description of where to find that value. Already-saved secrets appear masked: you can edit one field without retyping all credentials.

3. Save and test

Press «Save Configuration» to store the credentials. Once saved, «Test Connection» appears: if the result is successful the integration becomes «Active» and is available in the platform; if it fails, review the credentials. Some integrations (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Google) also require completing an OAuth authorisation in a pop-up window before testing.

4. Integration documentation

«View Documentation» opens the step-by-step guide for that specific integration. WhatsApp and Telegram have their own detailed guides with the prerequisites for each platform. For other advanced integrations (SSO, SCIM, BambooHR), the guide explains each field's parameters.
