Client invoice detail

The invoice opens with its status, five key facts, three tabs and the “History”. You get here by pressing an invoice number in “Client invoicing”.

1. Status and key facts

Next to the title is its status: “Draft”, “Awaiting payment”, “Overdue”, “AEAT error”, “Paid” or “Closed”. Below are the company, the issue date (or the period for a draft), the due date in red if it has passed, the total and the agreement. The main button changes with the status: “Issue” on a draft, “Send to the AEAT again” if the submission failed, “Mark as paid” if it awaits payment.

2. “Lines”

Each line with its description, quantity, price and VAT (or “VAT exempt”), and below the base, the VAT and the total. A draft is not edited: if you made a mistake, delete it from “More” and create another.

3. “VERI*FACTU and AEAT”

It shows the record’s status at the AEAT, the CSV it returns when it accepts it, the hash of the chained record and, if it rejected it, the error code and text. A rejected invoice is corrected with a credit note; if the whole submission failed (for example because of the certificate), “Send to the AEAT again” puts it back in the queue.

4. “Collection” and “More”

“Collection” shows the collection method, its status and, once paid, the date and reference. If Mollie is connected, it offers “Collect by direct debit” and “Create payment link”; if not, “Collect by direct debit” and “Payment link” save the collection method. Under “More” are the PDF and Facturae downloads, “Credit” (issues a credit note for the full amount), “Void” (only an invoice issued by mistake and unpaid) and “Delete” (drafts only). Crediting and voiding ask for a reason.
