Integration monitoring

This screen answers two questions: whether your integrations are still working and how much your systems use the API against your plan's quota.

1. The four API usage figures

«Rate limit (req/min)» is the maximum number of calls per minute your plan allows. «Requests (24h)» and «Requests (7d)» count the calls made with your API keys in the last day and the last week. «Throttled (24h)» are those rejected in the last day for going over the limit: if it is not 0, some system is calling too fast and losing data.

2. The status of each integration

Below, «Integrations» lists the configured integrations with their status and the date of their last check. For a company with no integrations it says «No integrations configured yet.». An integration that works shows as active; one that fails, as error.

3. Repair an integration with an error

1. Go to “Integrations” and press “Configure” on the integration with the error.

2. Check the credentials: the usual cause is a token that expired or was revoked in the other service.

3. Press “Save Configuration” and then “Test Connection”.

4. Come back here: the integration should show as active with today's check date.

4. What to do about throttled requests

Look in “API keys” for the key with the most recent “last used” to find out which system it is. Ask whoever maintains it to space out or batch the calls; if the volume is legitimate, the limit goes up with a bigger plan (shown in “My Subscription”).
