Prevention provider integrations

“Integrations” brings together three things: the state of each client integrations, the webhooks that receive the events of all your clients, and the provider own integrations. It counts with the same rules as each company work queue, so the figures match.

1. What is on the screen

At the top, the title “Integrations” and the “New webhook” button. Below, three tabs: “Clients”, “Webhooks” and “Own”. “Clients” opens with four state cards (“With errors”, “With warnings”, “Correct” and “No integrations”), a search box and one row per client with “Client”, “Status”, “Integrations”, “Sync jobs”, “Webhooks” and “API keys”.

2. See which clients have problems

“With errors” counts clients with an integration in error or expired, a failed sync job or an open alert. “With warnings” counts those with a failing webhook, failed deliveries or API keys that are expired or expire within 30 days. “Correct” are those with integrations where none fails; “No integrations”, those that have not set up anything yet. A disabled integration or sync job does not count as failing.

Press a card to filter the list and press it again to remove the filter. The search box filters by client name. Clients with problems come first and each row lists what fails. The name opens the company page; the row menu has “Open the company”.

3. Create a webhook

1. Press “New webhook”.

2. Type the “Name” and the “Target URL” (a public address with https://), and choose the “Events”: “All events” or the ones you need.

3. Press “Create webhook”.

4. “Signing secret” opens: copy it with the copy button and press “I have copied it”. It is not shown again; your system uses it to check that each delivery comes from goPrevina.

Each webhook receives the events of all your clients with an agreement in force, and each delivery names the source company.

4. Watch and maintain the webhooks

In “Webhooks” there are three cards (“Failing”, “Inactive” and “Healthy”) that filter the list, with the same rules as the company work queue. Each row shows the address, the state, the “Last successful delivery” and the “Failed deliveries”. After 5 failures in a row goPrevina disables the webhook itself: fix your system and enable it again.

The row menu has “Open”, “Edit”, “Send test”, “Replay events…”, “Enable” or “Disable” and “Delete” (asks for confirmation). “Replay events…” opens a panel with “From” and “To”: it sends again the events of that period that the webhook subscribes to, at most 31 days; if you change nothing, it is the last 24 hours.

5. The provider own integrations

In “Own” you can see the provider single sign-on, DocuSign and Adobe Sign, with their state and the date of the last verification. An integration in error or expired is shown in red with its last error message.
