goPrevina
From the legal obligation to the evidence you put in front of an inspector, in one place.
Occupational health and safety platform for Spain and Ireland, with an assistant that reads your data and writes up the paperwork.
Made to print: Ctrl/Cmd + P to send it as a PDF.
One chain, not a catalogue of modules
Every obligation starts from a named regulation, has an owner and a date, leaves signed and versioned documentary evidence, and ends in a report you can hand to an inspection. That is what runs through all thirteen areas; the modules are only where you come in.

Four things you will not find elsewhere
Nora is not a chatbot
More than ninety actions on your real data: create an assessment, schedule an inspection, draft a report. None of them writes on its own — it hands you the filled-in record and you confirm. And it reads: twenty queries and seventeen sources of context from your own company.
Regulation arrives on its own
The Spanish BOE and EUR-Lex are read daily, and what reaches you is what affects your sector and your jurisdiction, not a generic bulletin. A poor match is flagged for review, never dropped silently.
The accident report the Spanish labour inspectorate asks for
Delt@: all 123 fields of the Estándar Delta PAT in its exact encoding, generated from the incident you already recorded. No retyping it into another window.
Genuinely multi-company
Platform, partner and company as three isolated levels, with white labelling. A prevention service runs its whole book without any client seeing the next one, and each of them signs in under your brand and your domain.
Three ways to use it
Independent consultant or small practice
All your work in one tool instead of six: assessments, field inspections from a phone, training, PPE and signed documentation. Nora takes on the part you like least, which is writing it down.
Outsourced prevention service
Your client companies under your brand and isolated from one another, with your templates and your workflows. Dashboards per client and across the book, and a partner portal with its own view.
Company with an in-house team
Contractor coordination under Spain's RD 171/2004 with your contractors inside it, access control based on valid documentation, and the full history ready for an inspection.
What gets asked in the second meeting
- SSO over OIDC and SAML 2.0, with SCIM provisioning.
- Per-company API key and signed webhooks.
- Interface and notifications in Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician and Basque.
- Spain and Ireland, each with its own legal framework and deadlines.
- Two internal security audits: isolation between companies verified clean.
- Health data encrypted with AES-256 and restricted by role. Hosted in the European Union.
Where we are, without the varnish
The application is finished and in beta. We do not have customers yet, which is why you will find no logos and no testimonials here: there are none. What there is, is a complete product looking for the first companies to put it to real use.
- Everything included for as long as the beta lasts, with nothing held back by plan.
- What you ask for goes on the list ahead of whatever we think of.
- We talk about price once you know whether it is any use to you.
