Notification preferences
Here you choose which channel each type of goPrevina notification reaches you by: inside the app, by email, push, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram. Administrators also have a second tab to set the default channels for the whole company.
1. What is on the screen
Two tabs: «My preferences» (your notifications) and «Company defaults» (only administrators see it). If the company has not configured WhatsApp or Telegram, a yellow band says so and links to «Configure integrations».
Below are the «Telegram» card with your status («Not connected») and the table: one row per notification type («Document awaiting review», «Incident assigned», «Training scheduled»…) and one column per channel: «In-App», «Email», «Push», «SMS», «WhatsApp» and «Telegram».
2. Choose how each notification reaches you
Tick or untick the box for the row and channel: the change is saved at once, with no save button. By default only «In-App» is ticked, which is what you see under the bell in the top bar.
For example, to hear by email about investigations assigned to you, tick «Email» in the «Incident assigned» row. The «WhatsApp» and «Telegram» columns are greyed out until an administrator configures that integration.
3. Receive notifications in Telegram
1. Press «Connect Telegram»: your company's bot opens with a one-time link.
2. In Telegram press “Start”.
3. Come back here and press the card's reload icon: the status changes to “Connected”.
4. Tick the «Telegram» column for the notifications you want to receive there.
4. The company's default channels (administrators)
In «Company defaults» each cell changes when you tap it between “No”, “Default” (the channel comes ticked and each user can untick it) and “Mandatory” (the user cannot turn it off). Use it so that, for example, system alerts always reach everyone by email.
