Consultancy company record

A client company record opens from “Companies” by choosing “Edit” in the Management view. At the top it has the name, its state and its traffic light, the “Enter the company” button and “More”; below it, five key facts and six tabs.

1. State and key facts

Next to the name you see whether the company is “Active” or “Deactivated” and its traffic light: “Red”, “Amber”, “Green” or “Sign-up in progress”. The key facts are “Technicians”, “Workers”, “Plan”, “Last activity” and “Agreement” (its state, or “No agreement”). “Enter the company” opens the company to work in it and is disabled when the company is deactivated.

2. “Summary” and “Details”

“Summary” lists why the company has that colour, counted like the traffic light in “Companies”; choosing a reason opens the company at the screen where it is solved. “Details” shows name, tax ID, CNAE, size, contact email and plan; “Edit details” opens a side panel to change them. If you close the panel with unsaved changes it asks before discarding them.

3. “Administrator” and “Technicians”

“Administrator” shows who administers the company and whether they activated their account (“Pending activation”, “Invitation expired” or “Account activated”); “Resend invitation” sends the email again. If the company has no administrator, you invite one here. In “Technicians” you see who looks after it and “Assign technicians” opens a panel with your team to tick or untick.

4. “Agreement”, “Access” and “More”

“Agreement” is the service contract with this company: it is drafted, sent for signature, amended and ended. “Access” lists who entered the company without being a member of it (consultancy administration, consultancy technicians and platform administration), with date and time. “More” holds “Edit details”, “Assign technicians” and “Deactivate company”, which asks for confirmation: the company stops counting towards your plan limit, no data is deleted and it can be reactivated with “Reactivate company”.
