Provider webhook page

The page of a provider webhook brings together its state, its summary and the deliveries to all your clients, and lets you test it, edit it, replay events, enable or disable it and delete it. It opens by pressing the webhook name in the Webhooks tab.

1. What is on the screen

At the top, the link back to “Webhooks”, the webhook name with its state (“Failing”, “Inactive” or “Healthy”), the “Send test” button and the “More” menu. Below, the key data (“Target URL”, “Events”, “Consecutive failures”, “Failed deliveries” and “Last successful delivery”) and two tabs: “Deliveries” and “Summary”.

2. Check that the destination answers

Press “Send test”: goPrevina sends a test event to the webhook address and a notice gives the response code. Use it after creating the webhook and after fixing your system.

3. Review the deliveries

The “Deliveries” tab lists each delivery with its date, source company, event and state. On a failed delivery, “Redeliver” sends it again once your system works. The “Summary” tab shows the address, the events, the creation date and the last failure reason.

4. Edit, replay events, disable and delete

In “More”: “Edit” changes the name, the address and the events; “Replay events…” sends again the events of a period of up to 31 days (“From” and “To”); “Disable” stops the deliveries without deleting anything and “Enable” resumes them; “Delete” asks for confirmation and deletes the webhook with its history, and it cannot be undone.
