Job positions
This is the company's catalogue of job positions with the state of each one's assessment. Use it to see at a glance which positions have never been analysed and to start their analysis from here.
1. What each row says
Each row is a position: its name, how many analyses it has had (for example, 1 analysis), how many workers hold it and, on the right, the state of its latest analysis and the “Analyze” button.
The states are “Never analyzed” (never visited), “Draft” or “Analyzing” (visit open), “Proposed” (the AI has drafted the proposal and it awaits the technician's review), “Validated” (the assessment that came out of it is approved) and “Published” (the position's course has also been generated). Clicking the state opens that latest analysis.
Derived positions (the maintenance or cleaning of a machine, for example) appear indented under the position they come from.
2. Finding the pending positions
The filter buttons narrow the list to “All”, “Never analyzed”, “In progress” (analysis open, proposed or failed) or “Validated” (validated or published).
Start with “Never analyzed”: those positions have no assessment built from a visit, and they are where the next visit should go.
3. Analysing a position
1. Click “Analyze” on the position's row.
2. A new analysis is created for that position and its page opens, where you upload the photos and video of the visit and launch the AI analysis.
3. When the proposal is ready, the position shows “Proposed” in this list; once you confirm it and the assessment is approved, “Validated”.
The full fieldwork (machines, interview, context) is done from “Site-visit mode” on the Workplace analyses screen.
4. Loading positions and assigning workers
“Import” loads the catalogue of positions from a file; only administrators see it. The catalogue also grows by itself every time you open an analysis for a new position or accept a derived position while reviewing a proposal.
If a position says “Nobody assigned”, the link “Assign the position to each person from the workforce list” takes you to the list of people, where the position is assigned to each worker.
5. Permissions
A user without write permission sees the list but not the “Analyze” button. By default the prevention module is open only to editors and administrators; a read-only user sees the notice “This module is switched off” unless an administrator lowers the minimum role in “Company settings › Modules”.
