Assessment Templates
Here you manage the risk assessment templates: the structure of sections and fields that assessments follow. The demo comes with one, “Fine & Kinney - Evaluación de seguridad”, marked as “Default”.
1. The list of templates
The columns are “Name” (with the description below and the “Default” label if it is), “Category”, “Status” (“Active” or inactive) and “In use”, the number of risk assessments that have that template assigned.
At the end of each row there are five icons: preview, edit, clone, activate or deactivate, and delete.
2. Creating or editing a template
1. Click “New template” (or the edit icon on a row).
2. Fill in “Name”, “Description” and “Category”.
3. In “Template structure (JSON)” write the template's sections and fields in JSON format; if the JSON is not valid, it is not saved.
4. Tick “Default template” if it should be the one used by default and “Active” so it is available. Click “Save”.
To start from an existing one without touching it, use the clone icon: it asks for the name of the copy.
3. Previewing, deactivating or deleting
The preview shows the template's sections and fields as the assessor will see them.
A template with assessments under “In use” cannot be deleted: the app asks you to deactivate it instead. Deactivating it takes it out of use without touching the assessments that already have it.
4. Who can open this screen
Only company administrators open this screen; an editor does not see it in the menu. Assessments are created from Risk Assessments, and its wizard does not ask for a template.
