Industrial Hygiene Dashboard
This dashboard gathers the company's measurements of physical agents: noise, lighting, vibration and heat stress. From here you enter each type of measurement; the same guide covers those screens and the calculators. In the demo there are no measurements and everything is zero.
1. What is on the dashboard
At the top, “Nora's Recommendations” flags measurements that require action; if there are none it says “No issues detected”.
“Detailed View” holds “Total Measurements”, “Completed”, “In Progress” and “Actions required” (measurements whose result makes action compulsory). Four cards follow, one per agent, with the standard they apply: “Noise Measurements” (RD 286/2006, with the “Maximum LEX,8h”), “Lighting Measurements” (EN 12464-1, with the “Average lux”), “Vibration Measurements” (RD 1311/2005, with the “Maximum A(8)”) and “Thermal Stress” (ISO 7243, with the “Maximum WBGT”).
At the end, “Recent Measurements” and “Upcoming Measurements”.
2. Recording a measurement
1. Click “Open module” on the agent's card (or choose Noise, Lighting, Vibration or Thermal Stress in the menu).
2. The agent's screen has its own figures (“Total”, “Requiring Action”, “Pending”, “Completed”) and the list of measurements. Click “New Measurement”.
3. Fill in the job or area, the measurement points and the measured values. The app calculates the result with that agent's standard and marks whether it requires action.
4. If it requires action, the measurement counts under “Actions required” on this dashboard until it is resolved.
3. The calculators
In the menu, Calculators does one-off calculations without saving a measurement: “Vibration”, “Noise”, “WBGT”, “Environment”, “Lighting”, “Lifting” and “Protectors”. For example, for vibration you add a row per tool with its minutes per shift and its acceleration, click “Calculate” and get the daily exposure with the Royal Decree that sets it.
4. Permissions
Recording or editing measurements requires write permission. By default the prevention module is open to editors and administrators; a read-only user sees the notice “This module is switched off”.
