Generated data review
What the setup assistant creates (workplaces, job positions, machines, chemicals, risks, PPE, training and medical protocols) stays «Pending review» until the PRL technician approves it. Meanwhile it shows on its screens with that label, but it does not go into reports, documents or dashboards. The assessment by position is generated only from positions, machines and chemicals already approved, and each risk, measure, PPE, course and protocol cites its source: task, machine, safety data sheet, document or web.
1. What is on the screen
At the top is «PRL data validation», with the validation status. Below it are the count per area, the «Search by name» box and the «Status», «Area» and «Origin» filters.
Records are grouped by area. Each row shows the name (a link to its record), the type, the status, the origin (from document, from the web or suggested), the confidence and why it is proposed.
2. Approve or reject
1. Press «Approve» on a row to approve it, or «Reject» to take it out of the company data: it is deleted or archived.
2. To approve several at once, tick them or use «Select the pending ones in this area» and press «Approve selected».
3. You can also approve or reject from each record’s page, in the «Generated by the setup assistant» box.
Every approval is recorded with your name, the date, the AI version against the saved one, and the source.
3. Validate the company’s PRL data
When nothing is pending, press «Validate the company’s PRL data». Who validated and when is recorded, and it shows in the assistant summary and in Company settings. If new data is generated later, the validation is cleared until you review it.
4. Permissions
Every user of the company can view the review. Approving, rejecting and validating need edit permission.
