Preventive activity planning
The planning gathers what the company will do in prevention during the year: every approved preventive measure, training course and health-surveillance protocol, and the emergency plans, with their owner, dates, resources, cost and status. It is built from approved data only: anything «Pending review» is left out.
1. What is on the screen
Each row is a planning, with its status and how many activities are completed. «New planning» creates one from the data approved at that moment: one activity per open preventive measure, course and health-surveillance protocol. The one the setup wizard generates shows «Pending review» until the técnico approves it.
2. Editing a planning
When you open it you see its «Title», «Status» and «Notes»; change what you need and press «Save».
Below is the table of activities: «Activity» (link to the record it comes from), «Type», «Owner», «Start», «Deadline», «Resources», «Cost (€)», «Priority» and «Status». Each cell is saved when you change it. The bin removes the activity from the planning without touching the record it comes from.
3. From the setup wizard
The «Plans and documents» step proposes, from the approved data, the planning, an emergency plan per site and the documents of the company's jurisdiction (in Ireland, the Safety Statement and the Risk assessment). The sections Nora writes are corrected before confirming. Everything stays «Pending review» in «Generated data review».
4. Permissions
Every user of the company can view the planning. Creating and editing it requires edit permission.
