Health surveillance of my clients
In “Health surveillance of my clients” the medical team of the external prevention service sees the exams of every company it serves, organises exam campaigns and delivers aptitudes. What you see of each person depends on the access you have in each company.
1. The overview
The “Overview” tab opens with four cards that count companies: “Never examined”, “Expired”, “Expiring in 30 days” and “Aptitudes to deliver”. Press one to filter the company list; press it again to remove the filter. “Search companies” filters by name. Each company is a link to its page and shows how many people it has and in which months aptitudes expire. Below, “Campaign progress” shows the open campaigns; if there are none, it offers to create one.
2. Creating a campaign
1. Press “New campaign”.
2. In “Details” enter the name, dates, place and, if you want, the medical unit (from those registered in “Medical units”) and the protocol codes.
3. In “Companies” tick the companies whose workers you will schedule.
4. In “Slots” set the working day, the minutes per slot and the people per slot; slots are created on the working days of the period.
5. In “Review” check everything and press “Create campaign”. If you leave before finishing, the application keeps a draft.
3. Inviting and following a campaign
The “Campaigns” tab lists the campaigns with cards by state (“Draft”, “Open”, “Closed”), search and pages. When you open one, the “Companies” tab has “Invite those who are due” (people with no valid aptitude when the campaign ends) or “Invite everyone”, and the figures of each company. Each person gets an e-mailed link to choose a slot; if there is no e-mail address, the screen gives you the link to send. The “People” tab lists those invited with their status and slot.
4. Recording results and delivering aptitudes
The company’s medical or nursing staff open the “⋯” menu of a person with a slot and press “Record result”: choose the aptitude and the limits for the job, which are delivered to the company, and the clinical findings, which stay encrypted in the medical record. Only the occupational physician signs. When there are aptitudes to deliver, “Deliver aptitudes” to a company sends them all together; the company receives the aptitude, its validity and the limits, never clinical data.
5. Who sees what
In each company you see what your access allows. With no health or medical agenda access in the company (for example the service’s management or prevention technicians) you only see campaign figures, and if they cover fewer than five people not even the figure is shown. With medical agenda access you see each person’s name and status. The protocol and the reason the worker writes when declining are seen only by the occupational physician and nursing staff.
