My return to work

“My return to work” shows your phased return plan: what you do each week and when it is reviewed.

1. What you see

For each plan you see its start date, its status, a short summary and a table with the week, the hours per week, the duties, the adjustments and the review date.

2. What it tells you

The next review date is shown above the table. Two days before it you get a notification. The plan describes your work, not your health: it never shows a diagnosis.

3. If you see nothing

Either you have no plan, or your account is not linked to an employee record. In the second case the page says so: ask your administrator to link it. Your manager or the health service creates and updates the plan.
