Site benchmarking
«Center Benchmarking» compares safety, compliance and risk across your workplaces with a score from 0 to 100 per workplace. With a single workplace, as in the demo, there is nothing to compare: the figures are that workplace's.
1. Period and chart
At the top right, «Period» chooses the span measured: «Monthly», «Quarterly» (the default) or «Annual». If you have only one workplace, a yellow band says so. The «Composite score (higher = better)» chart draws one bar per workplace; in the demo, Planta de Burgos at 59.3.
2. The table
Columns: «#» (rank), «Center», «Score», «Trend», «Incident rate/100», «% Insp.», «Inspection compliance» and «High Risks». The incident rate is the number of incidents per 100 workers at the workplace; «% Insp.» is the share of scheduled inspections completed; «Inspection compliance» is the average inspection score; «High Risks», the assessments with a high risk.
The trophy marks the best workplace and a red triangle the one needing attention: the one getting worse or with serious incidents in the period.
3. Where the score comes from
It adds inspection compliance (35%), the share of inspections completed (25%) and the share of training completed (20%), and subtracts for the incident rate, serious incidents and high-risk assessments, each subtraction capped. It is not an official index: it shows which workplace is doing worse and on which column. The «Trend» goes up or down if the score changes by more than 3 points from the previous period; otherwise it is stable.
