1. What you see

The list of people whose organisational assignment names you as supervisor, with their workplace, department or area and their position. In a freshly seeded demo nobody has a supervisor, so the screen says «Nobody has you assigned as their supervisor yet.»

2. How it is filled

The supervisor is set in each person's assignment, not here. An administrator goes to User Assignments, clicks “New Assignment” (or edits an existing one), chooses the “User”, their workplace, department or area, and searches for you by name under “Supervisor”. Once saved, that person appears in your team.

The assignment is organisational only: it does not give you permissions over that person's data.

3. Who sees what

Each user only sees their own team. If your role does not have the People and training module, you see “This module is switched off”.
