Employee portal
This is the worker's home page: their medical appointments, PPE, training, documents, profile and personal data, each on a card. It only shows what belongs to the person signed in; for a worker with read-only access it is almost the whole application.
1. What you see when you arrive
A greeting with your name and, if you have a medical appointment scheduled, a purple “Upcoming Appointment” band with the date, time and centre, and “View Details”. Below are six cards that open with «Access»: «Medical Appointments» (with the number of upcoming appointments), «Personal Protective Equipment», «Training», «My Documents», «My Profile» and «Privacy & Data Rights». The same pages are in the left-hand menu.
At the bottom, «Status Overview» tells you where you stand in one line each: «Medical Status» (for example, examination scheduled), «Training Status» and «PPE Status». «No training on record» or «No equipment assigned» mean nobody has assigned you a course or equipment yet.
2. View and request a medical appointment
«Medical Appointments» opens “My Medical Appointments”, with the tabs “Upcoming”, “Past” and “All”. Each appointment shows the examination, date and time, centre and status (for example, Scheduled).
To ask for an examination, click “Request Appointment”, choose the “Examination type”, the “Preferred date” and the centre, and send it; your prevention service schedules it. You give consent for the examination at the medical centre, not here.
3. My PPE, my training and my documents
“My PPE” lists the protective equipment you have been issued, so you can confirm each delivery; it is empty until something is assigned to you. “My Training” shows your sessions and certificates and, below, “Mandatory training at your company”: the courses the company requires and whether they are assigned to you yet (“Unassigned” if not). “My courses” lists the courses assigned to you, to take here (lessons, videos and a quiz), each Pending or Completed.
“My documents” gathers your training certificates, your PPE delivery sheet and anything the company publishes for you. If something is missing, ask your prevention service: it cannot be added from here.
4. My profile and my privacy
“My Profile” lets you change your phone number and store it with “Save”; company, position and department are maintained by the company, so to correct them talk to prevention or HR.
“Privacy & Data Rights” explains your rights: “Data Portability” downloads your personal data, “Right to Erasure” asks for it to be deleted and “Active Consents” lists the consents you have given. Access to your health data is logged; ask the data protection officer for the access history.
