Occupational health KPIs
“Occupational health KPIs” shows how fast your occupational health cases move and how many meet their target: referral to triage, referral to appointment and report turnaround. The health service sees exact figures; management sees an anonymised version.
1. What the screen shows
At the top there are four figures: “Cases referred”, “Open”, “Overdue” and “SLA met”. “Overdue” counts open cases that already missed a target. Below, “Times” gives the average and median days from referral to triage, to appointment and the report turnaround; “SLA compliance” gives the share of targets met in each of those steps. “Outcome mix”, “Cases by month”, “Cases by source” and “Cases by reason” show how the cases split. Use “From” and “To” to change the period; by default it is the last 12 months.
2. Service view and management view
The “Service view” tab is for the health service team and the clinicians and shows exact figures. The “Management view” tab is anonymised: it never shows names, and a figure about fewer than 5 people is shown as “Withheld”. When hiding one figure alone would let someone work it out from the total, a second one is hidden too. Being the company administrator does not open these figures: you need a health role (nurse, physician or health service administrator) or statistics access.
3. Check whether the targets are met
The targets are: triage within 2 days of the referral; appointment within 3 days (urgent), 7 (high), 14 (normal) or 28 (low) of the referral; report sent within 5 days of the assessment. A case that misses a target counts in “Overdue” until it moves on. To act on the late ones, open “Occupational health cases” and use its overdue card.
4. Exporting and absence
“Export PDF” downloads the figures of the tab you have open and the period chosen as a PDF; “Export CSV” under “More” downloads the same figures as a spreadsheet. A withheld figure appears as withheld in the export too. The “Absence” block compares the sick-leave days of the people referred before the referral and after the closure, by outcome. It appears once the company has sick leave recorded; until then it says so.
