Quality & improvement
The «Continuous Improvement Dashboard» counts at a glance the non-conformities, actions, audits, meetings, change requests and suggestions, and takes you to each list. Nothing is edited here.
1. The cards
Six cards, one per register: «Non-Conformities», «Actions», «Audits», «Meetings», «Management of Change» and «Suggestions». The large figure is the total; underneath, in red, what is still open: in the demo, 3 non-conformities with 2 open and 9 actions with 6 pending. One audit, and no meetings, change requests or suggestions.
2. Go to each list
Click a card, or its row in the list below (with the same total on the right), to open that register. The same screens are in the Quality & Improvement menu: «Improvement Dashboard», Non-Conformities, Actions, Audits, Meetings, Management of Change and Suggestions.
3. What to look at first
The red figures are pending work. Start with the open non-conformities (each needs its root cause and its actions) and continue with the pending actions, especially those marked “Overdue” in their list. A non-conformity is not closed until the actions have been verified as effective.
4. Suggestions and permissions
The «Suggestions» card counts the proposals sent to the people who build goPrevina, not a suggestion box for your company.
Any user of the module can see the dashboard; creating and editing records is done in each list and needs edit permission. If your role does not have the Quality and improvement module, you see “This module is switched off”.
