Operations dashboard
The «Operations Dashboard» gathers what needs action in inspections, incidents, work permits, construction sites and chemicals. Nothing is created here: each alert takes you to the module where it is resolved.
1. Priority Actions
The first block, «Priority Actions», lists pending tasks ordered by priority, with the counts at the top (in the demo 2 high, 1 overdue and 4 in total). Each row has a type label, «Obligation» in red (an investigation to be done) or «Warning» in amber (a permit about to expire), the title, the module and the deadline; if the deadline has passed the date shows in red ("2 days ago").
Click a row to go to that incident or permit. If there are more than five, a button at the bottom opens the full list on the main dashboard.
2. Nora's Recommendations
«Nora's Recommendations» turns the data into alerts, each with its button: in the demo, 1 work permit awaiting approval with «Review pending requests», 2 work permits expiring in the next 24 hours with «View permits expiring soon», 1 high-risk chemical (CMR or restricted) with «View high risk chemicals» and 1 scheduled inspection with «View scheduled inspections». Green alerts (no critical alerts, days without incidents) are for information.
«Ask Nora» opens the assistant to ask about that alert.
3. Detailed View: the figures
Four cards: «Total Inspections», «Open Incidents», «Active Permits» and «Days without incidents». Below, the warning alerts repeat as links to the filtered list, and a row of figures breaks down «Overdue Inspections», «Critical Incidents», «Pending Permits», «Active Sites», «Chemicals in use» and «Compliance». «Compliance» is the average score of completed inspections (89.6% in the demo).
At the bottom, an information block sums up non-urgent data: scheduled inspections, days without significant incidents and inspections completed this month.
4. How to use it every day
Start with red: an overdue «Obligation» in «Priority Actions» or a red number in the row of figures. Then the permits: approve pending ones from «Review pending requests» and extend or close those expiring today. The work is done in each module (Incidents, Inspections, Work Permits, Chemicals), which each link opens.
The dashboard is read-only for any user of the module; permissions to create or change anything apply in the destination module.
