Technical datasheets
This screen gathers every document attached to the company's machines: manufacturer's manuals, technical datasheets, declarations of conformity, contracts and others. Use it to find a machine's document without opening the machines one by one.
1. What is on the screen
At the top are the search box («Machine, manufacturer, model or file») and three filters: «All kinds», «All centres» and «All machines».
The table shows «Machine» (with its code), «Kind», «Document» (file name and number of pages), «Manufacturer / model», «Workplace centre» and «Uploaded». A button at the end of each row opens the document.
2. Find a document
1. Type part of the machine's name, the manufacturer, the model or the file name in the search box.
2. To see one kind of document only, for example the manuals, choose it in «All kinds».
3. To see the documents of one plant or one machine, use «All centres» or «All machines».
3. Open the machine or the document
Press a row to go to the machine's page, where the «Documents» section has the button to upload another PDF.
The button at the end of the row opens the document in another tab.
4. Permissions
Every user of the company can read the list. Uploading or deleting documents is done from each machine's page and needs write permission.
