Risk-assessment tutorial (4/7): risks
Each risk in an assessment is also a record of its own, with its history and its PPE requirements. This chapter explains where to find them and when they can be changed.
1. The list of risks
«Prevention» → “Risk Management” brings together the risks of every assessment, with their methodology, score, level and priority. Use the search and the filters by methodology, level, priority and status.
2. The risk detail
Opening a risk shows its description, its score, the PPE it requires and the related health protocols. While the assessment is in draft or in review you can edit it. Once the assessment is approved, expired or archived, the risk is locked and the screen says so: to change it, renew the assessment by creating a new version.
