Incident Logbook and Delt@ report
The «Incident Logbook» is the official record of each construction project (RD 1627/1997, as the screen states): its entries cannot be changed or deleted. If an entry is an accident, you capture the accident report from it and generate the file to import into Delt@.
1. Choosing the project
Each project has its own logbook. Under «Site» choose the project from those in «Projects» (“Select a site” while none is chosen). Under «Authority notification» choose «All entries» or «Only with notification pending» to see only the ones you have not notified yet.
With a project chosen, “Export the logbook” and “New entry” appear, with the list of entries showing their number, type, text, author and date.
2. Recording an entry
Click “New entry”, choose the “Entry type” (“Observation”, “Non-conformity”, “Serious and imminent risk”, “Stop order” or “Corrective Action”) and write the “Description”. Tick “Requires notifying the labour authority within 24h” if it applies and click “Record entry”.
Check it before saving: once recorded, the text cannot be changed. To correct or complete it, open the entry and use “Add annotation”.
3. Notifying the ITSS
When you open an entry that requires notification you see “Requires notifying the labour authority within 24h” and the deadline. Once you have notified it, click “Record notification”, write the “Notification reference” and save; the entry changes to “Notified on …”. Until then it appears under «Only with notification pending», and if the deadline passes it shows “Authority notification overdue”.
4. Capturing the accident report (Delt@)
Those entries show the section “Work Accident Report (Delt@)”; it is only for companies under Spanish jurisdiction. Click “Capture report” and fill in the three blocks: “Injured worker” (surnames, first name, NAF, IPF, CNO occupation, social security scheme…), “Company” (if you leave CIF/NIF, company name, CCC or CNAE blank, they are taken from the company's details) and “Accident and injury” (date, time, injury, body part, severity and description). Click “Save”.
5. Validating and downloading the file
With the report saved, click “Validate format”: it checks the required fields, codes and dates against the Delt@ format and lists what is missing. Then “Download Delt@ remesa” generates the file.
You do the import into Delt@ yourself, with your certificate or Cl@ve: goPrevina submits nothing on your behalf. It has not yet been checked that Delt@ accepts a file generated by goPrevina, so try its test environment first. With the reference Delt@ returns, go back to the entry and save it with “Record notification”.
