CAE Dashboard
The «CAE Dashboard» brings together what is outstanding with your contractors: expired or unvalidated documents, contractors with a low rating and coordination meetings. Every alert has a button that takes you to the screen where it is resolved.
1. Priority Actions
The first block, «Priority Actions», lists the tasks to do now. Each row says what to do (for example, “Review document from Electricidad Duero, S.L.”), the type of task, the regulation behind it and, in red, how long it has been outstanding. The block header shows the count by priority and how many are overdue.
Click a row to open the record of the contractor concerned and resolve it there.
2. Nora's Recommendations
«Nora's Recommendations» are alerts calculated from your data: expired documents, documents waiting more than 5 days for validation, contractors with a safety rating below 3.0, documents expiring in the next 30 days and the lack of coordination meetings.
Each card has a button that takes you to where it is fixed: “Review expired documents” opens «Documents» filtered to expired ones and “Schedule Meeting” opens the meeting form. “Ask Nora” opens the chat and sends it the alert so it can help you with it.
3. Detailed View: what each figure means
In «Detailed View», «Total Contractors» counts every registered company and «Active Contractors» those that are not suspended, inactive or blacklisted. «Expired Documents» are those past their validity date.
«Compliance» is the average of three factors: the percentage of approved documents, the percentage of compliant risk exchanges (only if there are any) and meetings (100 if one was held in the last 60 days, 50 if in the last 90, and 0 otherwise). So without coordination meetings compliance drops even if all documentation is approved.
The counters below («Docs Expiring», «Pending Validation», «Pending Exchanges», «Upcoming Meetings», «Overdue Actions») each point to outstanding work. «Average Rating» counts active contractors only, so it may differ from the one on «Contractors», which counts all of them.
4. Contractors Needing Attention
The last table, «Contractors Needing Attention», lists each company with issues, its tax ID and the reason (for example, “Low Rating”). A 0.0 rating usually means nobody has rated it yet: open its record in «Contractors», click the pencil icon and fill in “Safety Rating”.
5. Who sees this screen
CAE Coordination is a module that, by default, only administrators see. An administrator can open it to editors or to everyone in “Company settings › Modules”. Anyone without access sees the notice “This module is switched off”.
