ESG reports
ESG reports are the company's sustainability reports by framework and year (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP or UNGC). Here you create and read them, and download the ESRS report as a PDF or the XBRL export.
1. What is on the screen
“New ESG report” at the top right and the list of reports. For a new company it says “No ESG reports yet” and repeats the “New ESG report” button.
When there are reports, four cards appear above the list and filter it: “Overdue” (in draft or in review with the end of the period already passed), “Pending”, “Approved” and “Published”. Each row shows the title, the framework and year, the state and the end of the period.
2. Creating a report
1. Press “New ESG report”: “New Report” opens.
2. Type the title and fill in “Period start” and “Period end” (all three are required) and, if you like, “Fiscal year” and the “Framework” (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP or UNGC).
3. Write the “Executive Summary” if you already have it and press “Create”. The report starts as “Draft”.
3. Opening a report
Press a row. At the top you see the state, the period, the fiscal year, the framework and the report number. The “Report” tab shows the executive summary and, if the report has them, the key highlights, next steps and the environmental, social and governance metrics; a report with none of these says “The report has no written content yet.” The “Documents” tab holds the report's supporting documents.
4. Downloading and recording assurance
“Download ESRS report (PDF)” generates the report as a PDF. In the “More” menu of the detail, “Export XBRL” downloads the XBRL file and “Record assurance” opens a form with “Assurance provider”, “Level” (limited or reasonable) and “Date”; afterwards the report shows the “External assurance” block.
Recording assurance requires edit permission; with read-only access you can read and download the reports.
