Scope

These terms govern access to this site and to the goPrevina demo environment. The subscribed service is governed by the contract between Kovimatic Limited and the customer, which prevails over this document if they conflict.

The public demo

We offer an openly accessible demo environment so you can evaluate the product. Please note:

• It is a shared evaluation environment. Do not use it to manage real company information.
• It holds fictional data and is reset periodically, so anything you enter will be deleted.
• It is provided as is, with no availability commitment and no undertaking to retain data.
• Do not enter real personal data, yours or anyone else’s.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to breach the security of the service or reach other users’ data.
• Run load testing, scanning or security assessments without prior written authorisation.
• Use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Resell or transfer access without authorisation. The partner programme has its own terms.

We may suspend access for anyone breaching these conditions, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

Pricing and contracting

Prices published on the site are indicative and stated exclusive of indirect taxes, which are applied according to the applicable rules and the customer’s tax status. The binding terms — scope, number of users, term and price — are those in the accepted quotation or contract.

Informational content, not advice

goPrevina is a management tool. Neither the product nor the content of this site is legal or technical advice on occupational health and safety, and neither replaces the duties the applicable legislation places on the employer.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the site or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the foot.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
